If you’re a Prime member, you know that Prime Video is one of the perks of membership. You get access to a library of movies and TV shows to watch at your convenience. Or, at least, you did.
Recently, Prime Video has been acting a little strange. Videos that I’ve watched before suddenly aren’t available, and when I try to watch something new, I’m met with an error message. What’s going on, Amazon?
I reached out to customer service, and after a few back-and-forth emails, I was told that there’s an issue with my account and that my Prime Video privileges have been temporarily revoked. What the heck, Amazon?
I’ve been a Prime member for years, and I’ve never had an issue with Prime Video before. This is really frustrating. Not to mention, it’s really inconvenient. I can’t watch the movies and TV shows that I’ve been wanting to watch.
I hope Amazon fixes this issue soon. In the meantime, I’m going to have to find something else to do with my free time.
If you’re experiencing problems with Amazon Prime streaming on your smart TV, there are a few things you can try to get it working again.
First, make sure your TV is connected to the internet. If it’s not, connect it and try streaming again.
Next, check to see if your TV is compatible with Amazon Prime. Not all smart TVs are compatible with Amazon Prime.
If your TV is compatible, try updating the firmware on your TV. This can often solve problems with streaming services.
If updating the firmware doesn’t work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Amazon Prime app on your TV.
