Amazon Prime Video is a streaming service offered by Amazon. It is included with an Amazon Prime subscription. Amazon Prime Video offers a wide selection of movies and TV shows to watch.
If you’re an Amazon Prime member, you may have noticed that a Prime Video charge has appeared on your recent statement. This charge may be for a monthly subscription, or for a movie or show that you rented or purchased. If you’re not sure why you were charged, or if you think the charge was made in error, here’s how to dispute the charge with Amazon.
First, open the Amazon Prime Video website and sign in to your account. Next, click on the Your Account link at the top of the page. Then, select the Your Prime Video Membership link from the menu on the left.
On the Your Prime Video Membership page, you’ll see a list of the charges associated with your account. To dispute a charge, click on the Dispute a Charge link next to the charge you want to dispute.
Amazon will ask you for some information about the charge, including when it was made and what you think is incorrect about it. Be sure to provide as much detail as you can, and Amazon will investigate the charge.
If Amazon determines that the charge was made in error, they will refund the charge to you. If you have any questions about disputing a charge, or about Amazon Prime Video in general, be sure to contact Amazon customer service.
